  • Migrating Eight Multilingual Stores: Following discussions with the client, we decided to move their Eight Multilingual Stores to Magento 2.0. The challenge was to execute a seamless migration process without incurring any loss in organic traffic or revenue.
  • Unorganized Tracking System: Our team discovered an unorganized tracking system in the client’s website, which was quite concerning. Some stores were managed using GTM, others relied on Adobe Analytics, and a few were handled through GA.
